At Camp Psychological & Consulting Services, we strive to make expert therapeutic services accessible and relatable to a large and culturally diverse population of individuals. In doing so, we seek to support individuals, strengthen families, and build healthier communities.
In 2009, recognizing the continued unmet needs of multicultural communities, Christina Camp opened Camp Psychological & Consulting Services, a mental health practice dedicated to addressing disparities in mental health outcomes in minority communities. We seek to provide support by integrating evidence-based practices with culturally sensitive treatment approaches in individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, therapeutic retreats, and psycho educational workshops. Camp Psychological & Consulting Services also develops diversity, equity, and inclusion solutions for organizations and trainings for mental health providers on culturally competent service delivery. Our overall goal is to participate in community education and advocacy to promote mental health, decrease cultural bias and combat stigma.
We are a group of highly dedicated and trained clinicians with a commitment to providing culturally relevant, comprehensive, and collaborative services in order to help our clients create a balanced life. We provide individual, group, and couples therapy to adolescents and adults. Within our practice we seek to address a range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and career counseling to relationship concerns, family conflict, and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive environment, we offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of our clients individual needs to help them confront challenges, attain the personal growth they're striving for, and become the best possible version of themselves.
